There was a recall on my car. When I made the appointment, I was told the service time would be 3-4 hours. I dropped the vehicle at the service dept. About 3 hours later I was informed that my CR-V Hybrid was ready. Because it was a recall, no charge was made. I am very satisfied with the service department. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday with no appointment and was able to get right in. Josue Quintinilla was my service writer. Josue took a few minutes writing up the service a Saturday with no appointment and was able to get right in. Josue Quintinilla was my service writer.
