I have always received good service at Germain but have noticed a big difference in the quality of customer service in the past year for the better with everyone there. I'm especially impressed by Albert C noticed a big difference in the quality of customer service in the past year for the better with everyone there. I'm especially impressed by Albert Checo, who has helped me the past 3 or 4 visits. He has excellent customer service skills which is very important to me. He explains everything to me and I feel he gives me excellent advice on what my car needs. He is friendly, kind, helpful and very professional. More
