He is extremely knowledgable about his product. I must admit that my intent was to see if I could 'steal' a new Accord. Incredibably, Dan made me feel good about the value he was offering - no gimmicks, no hiding the value of my trade. Just a realistic presentation of how he could best meet my needs and satisfy the needs of the dealership. I can't say that I can get a steal here, but I can say that I honestly feel I was offered a very fair deal on a great product.
