We were introduced to Seref and he took the ball and ran with it from that point on. Giving us many reasons for considering the purchase of a new van verses a maintence agreement for our already 4 year old van that needed several things done that would not be covered with the new extended warranty, we chose to go the new route. Seref did answer all our questions with great knowledge, was very descriptive in his explanations and never pressured us. I was looking to purchase a Honda Odyssey. I wanted to do it online and save myself some of the hassles of walking in. I was in touch with germain Hondas internet team. They promptly returned messages but were reluctant to answer my questions. I had explained to them what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. Their Internet sales person told me to come in that they had the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted. I then explained that I lived far away (55 miles) and that I presently had a deal on the table but they had not offered me what my trade was worth. I explained in detail, what I had for trade, mileage, condition and what I was being offered for my vehicle. The internet sales person assured me that he spoke with his manager and that the deal was possible. I drove 55 miles and met with the sales person who showed me the car while they evaluated my trade. After 30 minutes he came back and showed me some figures: a) The vehicle we had been discussing for the past week was priced higher then we agreed upon. b)Their offer for my trade was $3,500 less then the offer I currently had on the table. All of this had been explained in great detail to the sales person and he assured me we could have a deal the day before. So heres the diffrence:Almost $5,000 more at Germain Honda. I politely thanked the salesman and left having wasted my time, energy and gasoline. Horrible experience, will not deal with them again. More

The buying experience was easy and Dalia and Michael went out of their way to get us the deal and the van we wanted. Not living close to the dealership, Dalia worked with me over the phone and email until w out of their way to get us the deal and the van we wanted. The sales manager, Michael, emailed me personally to let me know he could make the deal work at the price I was comfortable with. Once we got to the dealership we had agreed on a deal within 20 minutes (and this included appraising our trade). There was not a van in the trim level we wanted on the lot so Michael called around for four days until he found one with the options and colors we wanted. He would call me daily to let me know what was happening. This was our second purchase from the dealership. The first time was just as satisfying, which is why we chose to buy from them again. I could not be happier with our buying experience. I would definitely recommend working with Germain Honda and both Dalia and Michael. More
This was my second buying experience with Seref Denizeri at Germain Honda of Naples. I purchased a honda element in 2009 on the recommendation of Seref, I am so glad I did, absolutely loved the car. I had gone in to the dealership to purchase another accord but Seref suggested I give the element some thought, he knew best and made me an instant element fan. In fact, I received an email from him a couple weeks ago about a great trade in deal so I went in to see what the opportunity was. Once again, Seref came through and within a few days, I was dropping off my old Element and drove away with a brand new shiny one with lower payments and better APR. As long as Seref is in the car business, I won't buy from anyone else. I feel like he is a member of the family....I guess that's why it's so comfortable calling him brother. I am a consultant and was working across the state for a year. I was putting about 1000 miles a week on my car and I spent many weekends at Honda making sure my car was in good shape. They understand everything that is going on with my car a 2002 CRV bought new in Oregon. It has been shipped across the country 3 times and had very low mileage until 2010 until I started the long commute. They know me when I pull up, always friendly and make me feel welcome. I would not take my car anywhere else. Starting a new consuting postion up in Jacksonivlle this coming Monday and will drive the 5.5 hours home when I need service:) More
