My experience for this 15,000 mile service call was very pleasant and professional. I had a 9AM appointment, and my car was ready shortly after noon. Extremely overpriced... Hidden Dealership fee's... A 0 down lease at Germain Honda still makes the buyer put down close to $2500 double what PC Honda and FT Myers Honda ask for. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! Dalia, our sales specialist, was so helpful and very positive. She in no way embodies the stereotypical high pressure "car salesman", she was so personal and nice and she listened to what we wanted. This dealership did not have the exact model of Civic we were looking for, however Dalia showed us three different cars that would make up the model we wanted, a 2012 Civic Coup EXL. The business manager, Michael Snell, was very nice and willing to work with us on our budget and provided a no pressure environment and we really appreciated that. Michael worked hard for several days finding and securing the exact model we wanted at another dealership in florida a a few days later we had our car. The finance manager, Don Banas, was so easy going, prepared and very knowledgeable when it came to our questions. Everyone we worked with at Germain Honda was so great, they made the whole experience fun and easy. After looking in Miami, I decided to search the internet and found Germain Honda of Naples. It was my lucky day to contact them and get a call from Seref Denizeri. We discussed what I wanted (2011 Honda CRV) and price. It was well worth our while to drive to Naples and get my new Honda. Seref could not have been more pleasant to deal with, we even had to bring Mia, our small dog as we did not have time to drop her off at our home in Naples. It was no problem to them, she was most welcome too. In less than 2 hours, I drove out of Germain Honda with my new car. We are so very thankful we found Germain, and Seref, we would not hesitate to come there again and buy a car, it was totally pain free. God Bless them.
