It takes time to find the right vehicle, Sales People are the only source other than internet to learn from. Life has a funny way of bringing all of us challenges, especially in the economy these days. I had run into some hard times and needed to reduce the payment of a current lease I had agreed upon with germain honda about 16 months ago. on my original call to germain honda i spoke with peter, the finance manager who was very pleasant and very willing to help. this was different than i had experienced at other dealers. soon after the initial phone call seref denizeri called me back and made me feel very comfortable and positive that we would be able to work out a deal that would fit my current situation. by the time i arrived at germain honda the following morning, seref had prepared exactly what i needed to see and hear. he listened to what my objectives were and he guided me through the options we had discussed with great patience and care. steve in the used car department was helpful in finding three options that fit my needs but were all just different enough to give me choices. the experience was enjoyable, and its not often you can say that when it comes to car buying. seref was fun to be with, he truly cared about my situation, and he worked hard to ensure my goals and objectives were met. the staff at germain were all very helpful and friendly; they portrayed a family-like atmosphere that was pleasant to be around. i would recommend anyone in the market for a car to visit germain honda, and don't forget to ask for seref! thank you to all of you for helping my family out!
