I take great pleasure in writing this review about Seref Denizeri, a Sales Professional at Germain Honda of Naples. It was the end of our lease period and my husband and I were shopping for a new car to le Denizeri, a Sales Professional at Germain Honda of Naples. We were interested in another mini-van so we wanted to find out as much as possible about the Honda Odyssey. This was our lucky day because we found all the answers and so much more from Seref. While we were discussing the car my husband noticed on Seref's name tag that he was from Intanbul, Turkey, which is where we have been wanting to visit. After answering all of our questions about his country with just enough detail to wet out appetite to definitely go there, we then got back to questions about the Odyssey. His descriptions of the car's attributes were so amazing that it was as though he were a tour guide leading us from one amazing detail to the next! We had heard about what a great car it was from friends, but the way Seref described it leading us from one feature to the next with such concise quick detail, we were sold! He was able to answer all of our questions about lease pricing from the top of his head and then printed out statistics to substantiate these facts when we went to his desk. Needless to say we were totally impressed with the car but even more so with Seref and his knowledge and enthusiasm of his product. For those of you that want a different product that Honda makes, I know that Seref will be able to do justice to each of those cars and their specific details. I purchased a 2008 Accord new from Germain. I was looking for a 2nd car for general transportation during my 6mos here in Naples. Although I was looking for a 08-09 Civic, they had been sold before I got there. Eric provided professional, courteous support in seeking an automobile that would meet my needs. There was never any pressure, if none could be found that day, he would keep an eye out and let me know in the future. In the meantime, he did show me an 08 Fusion--very clean, good size, and had a reduced price. He asked me if the price was right would I buy it and if so, what would the price be. We came to an agreement without any hassles. I took delivery of the car, but on the way home the "check engine" light came on. I realize the car has no warranty, but not even owning it for an hour seemed to me to be amiss. I called Eric and he said bring it in to our service manager--George Donovan. As it turned out there were no trouble codes indicating anything needed to be repaired/replaced-- just a "burp" in the system. George told me that should the light come on again , to call him and he'll make it right. I have to say that the total experience with Eric and George allayed my fears about purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Germain and the sincere efforts to take care of the customer are greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Germain to others. More

I was upset considering I just bought the car that was supposed to have gone threw a certified inspection before being put out on the lot. Lee Glesmer was sure to take care of my concern and make sure it was covered the correct way. I in the end did not end up spending a dime. Germain has a huge reputation in SW Florida and was greatly concerned about my service that turned out better than i expected. Thank you again! More

I was shopping for a new/used vehicle with no particular make or model in mind. I wanted a low mileage vehicle at a good price.
