I'm in sales so I'm tough. Giving someone a 5 would be nearly impossible. but I did give a 5 in friendliness. Also I can't remember the name of the finance person. I was called to come in and talk about a new car to replace my current lease. I was not really in the market for a new car as I loved my 2010 Civic. John is a very diligent worker who takes the time to get to know the customer and work with his/her specific circumstances. I was shopping for a used car online, and found one I liked, so I made a call to the dealership and sp Would never shop for a used car here again. I was shopping for a used car online, and found one I liked, so I made a call to the dealership and spoke with Jenny a member of their used car sales team. She was the typical pushy salesperson but it didn't particularly bother me as I had already done my research on the car and knew it was a good deal. We went over financing over the phone and she told me she would get back to me once it went through. Well she never called me back and I had to call and speak with other sales people several times each time being told that she is with another customer and she would call me back soon. I finally got a call back 3 hours later. My financing was approved, and I set up and appointment to come in the next day at 12pm to take it for a test drive. (At this point I should let you know I live 50 miles from the dealership, and I made Jenny well aware of this.) So I arrive at the dealership on time and another sales guy asks what type of car I was looking for and I inform him of the particular car I spoke about. He proceeds to tell me that it was sold earlier this morning, and I was devestated. After the initial disappointment I started to become angry that, Jenny knowing full well she had an appointment in 10 minutes to sell me the car, had no decency to call me to save me the expense of an hour long drive there and back. When I finally found her she was just finishing talking with some other customers in the lot and I let her know what happened. She said another salesman had made the sale and I asked her why she didn't bother to call me. She did apologise and asked if there was anything else in the lot she could show me. I really believe she must have hoped I would come out anyways and she could talk me into another car. Typical salesperson putting themselves first and not having the courtesy or foresight for preventing my unnecessary waste of time and money. If you value your time and money. Avoid this dealership at all costs. If the management team are happy being represented by these types of employees, its only going to happen again and again. More

She knew everything about the car I was looking at, she went to bat for me on everything, she was very low pressure and she worked HARD at getting me what I wanted. She truely understands the frustration in trying to buy a car and made the entire process easy! I will be back to buy from her again. I have been buying cars for many years... 11 in the past 23 years... and she is the only salesperson I would EVER go back to see. Mike (sales manager) was good too... but Dalia shined!!!! More
Was there visiting and using my Brother-in-Law's car that he leaves at a vacation home.
