You are correct, when the vehicle sold our sales consultant should have contacted you giving you the option to make the drive to see what other vehicles we had available. Here at Germain Honda we turn our inventory 25 times a year and the average day a vehicle is on our lot is 17 days. We are always willing to accept a deposit to hold a vehicle for a client so we do not run into situations such as this especially when a vehicle is not readily available and was only on our lot for 7 days.
