I had a very bad experience with another dealer that a friend had recommended(ugh) and they did not have any Hondas on their lot and they were trying to push me into something I did not want or liked. When I called Germain Honda I had the pleasure of speaking with Molly, we set up an appointment for that afternoon. When I arrived a sales rep was indeed waiting just for me, amazing, at the other lot I could not find a sales person. I had the great pleasure of having Armand Lopez has my sales rep. I test drove a CR-v and knew this was the car I wanted to purchase, he made it happen. Armand was very helpful, he was not your normal pushy sales person. He made it a wonderful experience. Armand is what every sales person should be like, courtesy, caring and delightful to work with in my purchasing a car I've been wanting for some time now. Sadly the sales staff failed to meet our needs refused our offer and wasted our time attempting to sell us another car and financing. After two days to re-think our options to find a Civic HF or start all over again looking for another Brand of car we found a Honda Civic HF at Germain Honda in Naples. Our initial contact with the dealer at the Germain Honda website and asked for a quote for a Civic HF Sedan. We were contacted via email in the shortest period of time willing to earn our business, We were contacted by Jesse Palma asking in a very friendly manner what we wanted and listened when we told him our interest and reasoning for selecting the Civic HF sedan. We were very specific with our offer and expectation of the trade in value of our 2005 Pilot. Jesse agreed to present our offer to his sales manager with the provision that our Pilot was in excellent condition with low milage. We provided Jesse with photos of the Pilot and the vin # to verify that the Pilot was in excellent condition. within an hours time we were invited to the dealership to present the Pilot, fill out the necessary documents. To our surprise the finance officer in a clear and informative maner presented Honda's loan offer with a lower interest rate that saved us many dollars over the life of the loan. We arrived at the dealership at 3:00 pm and by 5:45 pm we drove our new Civic HF home. In all our dealings with Jesse Palma, The Sales Manager, and other staff, we were treated with respect, friendly voices assuring us that we mattered, and our requirements to conclude the sale were valid and reasonable. Today we purchased our 5th (or is it 6th?) Honda since we got married in 1986. We've lived in Naples for 17 years, have taken our vehicles to this dealership when needed, have shopped there when looking for got married in 1986. We've lived in Naples for 17 years, have taken our vehicles to this dealership when needed, have shopped there when looking for cars (and we've purchased 7 - 8 including today - over our years in Florida)...but this is the first time we've actually bought a car from Germain Honda. And the reason is all about our salesperson, Jesse Palma. Over the years, we've had experiences w/ car salesmen who ignore me (the wife); w/ car salesmen who are smarmy; w/ car salesmen who lie; w/ car salesmen who play games; w/ car salesmen who rush & can't be bothered (Mercedes!!! so we bought a BMW. Honda would've been far better); w/ car salesmen who don't listen or care about anything we've said; and car salesmen who "type" us and are lazy. Jesse is absolutely none of those & one of the very best car salesmen we've ever encountered. He listened to us (both!) from the minute we walked in the door, he was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking at (a CRV) as well as another Honda (Pilot) we already own. Jesse was courteous, professional, polite & friendly, maintained *great* communication with us, and came in after hours to help us. We weren't sure what we wanted at first - used or new? Once we decided on new, we weren't sure about the color. We vacillated and were difficult. Jesse never displayed a moment's impatience or frustration (at least to us :)). He worked hard to find exactly what we wanted (once we knew what that was! - and it wasn't on the lot), and again stayed late to complete our sale. When the dealership was backed up in preparing new cars that had sold, Jesse helped clean our vehicle so it would be ready (with only a few hours notice) on the time schedule we had available. After all these years, with several cars (including Hondas) purchased in that time, Jesse Palma was the salesman who made it happen - gave us a reason to buy our first Honda from Germain. The managers we met were great, the finance manager was super, but none of those encounters would've happened if we weren't already in the process of buying the CRV. And we were doing that because of the salesman. So, would I recommend Germain Honda? Yes, particularly if you are fortunate enough to work w/ Jesse Palma or someone of his caliber. More

I purchased a new Honda Odyssey and these guys were terrific! They price negotiations were painless compared with other cars I've purchased elsewhere. They didn't have the color van in stock that we wanted but they went to great lengths to find our van on the other coast and sent a driver to pick it up for us! I would highly recommend Germain Honda. Dan and Mike were great on the sales side! When we sat down with Don to pay for the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't do the typical high pressure add on sales for ding protections, tire warranty, extended warranty etc. He mentioned them, price the ones for which I had interest and gave me the new total. These guys make buying a car a pleasure. God bless! More
