Last week I visit the Germain Honda Naples again ,and in a half hour Mr Seref already explain everything about car exchange program , and next half hour all paperwork was done and I was ready to drive my 2012 brand new Honda civic ,and there is no question in my head about the car ,he doesn't waste any time and did a excellent job , if i will buy a another vehicle in the future , Germain Honda Naples will be my first address , and Mr. Seref will be my dealer , thank you very much again for all Germain Honda Naples sales staff , great job , I'm highly recommending this dealer to all my friends More

He was very accomodating and communicated with me by phone and in writing in answer to my inquiry. George Donovan is my service Advisor at 239-643-4044, Ext. 242. His cell is 347-844-5874. I always see George when I bring my car in to be serviced. He greets me like an old friend and immediately gets the paper work started very soon after I arrive. Today I brought my car in late in the day at 4:00 p.m. for a lube,oil change, and tire rotation. He was just as interested in doing a good job for me at that hour even though I am sure he must have been tired at the end of the day. Usually I bring my car at the beginning of his work day. He treats me with great respect and is very sensitive to the fact that I do a lot of volunteer work and sometimes, not today, I have a full schedule of hospital visits for my church or a hospice visit as a volunteer for Avow Hospice here in Naples. A few months ago he gave me a beautiful loner car so I could make those visits while my car was being serviced with services that required more time. He accommodates me to the fullest and I am most appreciative. I have no trouble waiting for my car on almost all occasions. I am very happy to use the computer in the waiting room which is a huge plus for me and there is also a first class coffee machine in the same waiting area. I love to go to Germain Honda in Naples as you can read! I would appreciate your complimenting George on his exceptionally good care of my needs each time I come to his Germain Honda Service area. We were shopping for a car for my wife and Alex was our salesman. He was very courteous and very helpful in my wifes decision. During the process the sales manager was working with my wife trying to come t salesman. He was very courteous and very helpful in my wifes decision. We could not take delivery untill her old car was picked up and in the mean time we found the car at a lower price. When my wife called to tell them this they stated we will meet that price which they did. All in all we were very pleased and will continue to use Germain Honda in the future. More

She expressed herself very well in terms of knowledge of Honda vehicles and asking pertinent questions of the customer to converge on some common ground without using tactics of overselling. Jenny was always very friendly and never become impatient with our thorough reviews of a number of vehicles.
