My wife Candace and I had decided to look for another car. Our current 1995 Mazda Protegee had 180K miles on it and it was beginning to suffer from "old age". We had decided to see a movie, that day and then just for fun visit a dealership, each week until we found something we liked. The movie was delayed etc. and by the time we had watched it etc, we arrived at this dealership around 05:00pm. Unbeknownst to us at the time, someone had just dropped off "our new" car two hours prior to our arrival. When we arrived we were greeted by a big warm friendly smile from Kevin Larivee & Bart Zimmerman. They immediately made us feel part of the Germain Family and being a small world we would later find out that Kevin was from Massachusetts as was myself:-) Kevin, mentioned this new red Honda Fit that had just arrived and my wife Candace love's red cars. Within moments and after test driving two other cars we went back and told Kevin we wanted this new "Cherry Baby" Honda Fit. For us and as Kevin in his expert "spot on" opinion quickly deduced the Fit would be a Perfect Fit. I had not been to a dealership for many years and to have it literally be a Perfect Fit and welcoming was to say the least "EPIC!". The whole process moved quickly and preciously from the Sales to the Finance to the Quality Assurance (Cleaning & Final Check out). We also purchased the Total VIP service package so literally all we have to do is drive, put gas in the car and bring the car in for oil changes, etc. A True worry free experience. I had a phenomenal experience at Germain Honda when recently purchasing my certified 2011 CR-V. I've been in the market for a new car for the last week or so and wanted to trade in an older car but was recently purchasing my certified 2011 CR-V. I've been in the market for a new car for the last week or so and wanted to trade in an older car but wasn't sure if it was going to feasible since I wanted to keep my monthly payment low. I had never been to Germain before, since I'm traditionally a Toyota purchaser, however, I saw their selection online so I stopped in to see what they could do for me. I got matched with Norman as my salesman and couldn't have been happier with the entire interaction. I told Norman as soon as we started talking what I was interested in, how much I wanted to spend and that I didn't have much time to spend on the transaction. He was consistently respectful of me, my time and my budget and the fact that this is an important purchase to me. He very quickly showed me numbers so that I could understand if the price would even be reasonable, which I appreciated since I didn't want to waste a lot of time if it was going to be too expensive. Next, he showed me two CR-V's that were exactly what I was looking for, we quickly test drove one and then we started talking about real numbers. I really, really appreciated how much he respected my desires around what I was looking for and how he treated me like a competent buyer who deserved to get the car I wanted. Norman's personality was also great and it helped me feel comfortable making a big financial decision with no stress and no pressure. I am very happy with my purchase and with the entire process.
