I came in to try to find a part for my 99 Civic that I had been advised by a local shop that I needed to get. They got me the correct part and they even offered to show me or help install the knob in my car. I was really relieved that i didnt need to buy a complete heater control panel. We had a great experience at Germain Honda of Dublin. After speaking to Mike Frustaci on the phone, asking him questions about the Honda Odyssey, we decided to come in and look around. Mike really took his time showing us the vans, and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. The dealership gave us a very good deal on our trade in, and was quick to come to a price that we were pleased with on the Odyssey. The dealership including their used car sales manager Jeremy, made this an enjoyable car buying experience. The financing dept. was also very helpful in finding the right loan for us. I had previously created a totally different review that was very negative based on past experiences. However, I have updated this due to newer developments and the intervention of Mark that Part and Servic was very negative based on past experiences. I had been very disappointed because I had left several messages with no response for both specific members of the team and also the general mailbox. I finally reached a point where I asked to speak with the General Manager and was sent to Mark's mailbox. He returned my call within hours and escalated the issues appropriately. I definitely felt that when I was actually at the service center that the team members were friendly, but was so disappointed with the follow up that it really tained the experience. I would have rated my overall experience as higher, but unfortunately there is still doubt about whether or not I would have ever received any level of service without involving the Director and truly do not know if there is potential for the lack of phone response to happen again. I genuinely hope that my experiences will improve going forward. Quick Tip: They also have a shuttle service to help with transportation to and from the service center for a 10 mile radius, though I did not learn about that until Mark told me it was available (which was my 3rd visit to the center.) Horrible customer experience. Lazy and argumentative staff. Stay away. Plenty of other Honda service centers and dealers in the city. 'Customer Service' is does not exist at this Honda dealership. I leased my vehicle at Roush but since I lived in Dublin I had my vehicle serviced at Immke. My car doors rattled like they were falling off every time I drove over even a small bump. The engine also had a rattle. I was informed by Immke service reps. that my door regulators needed to be replaced, they would order them and call me. Several weeks later I still had not been called. I called, spoke to service manager. He informed me that the parts were in, they would need the car for 8 hours, bring it in later that week. Long story short, they kept my car all day, squirted some sort of lubricate all over the windows and left a big mess inside my vehicle. Doors still rattled just like before...they told me the 'regulators' had been replaced and they "shimmed' the engine up so it would not rattle anymore. I went through this with them several times and my problen was still not fixed!!! My lease just expired on the car; I couldn't turn it in quick enough!!!! I will never lease or purchase another Honda! NOTE: This group knew my lease was expiring soon; they made no effort to sell or lease me another vehicle! AND they certainly didn't try to make the necessary repairs on the car. Wonder if it will be repaired before they sell it! I just bought a Lexus. More
Immke has the Shadiest service department in Columbus. They have repeatedly "fixed" things that did not need to be fixed in the first place. I have taken their "recommendations" for service to get a second opinion from an ASE certified mechanic and was laughed at. "They really got You" The only reason I took it there is because you have to make an appointment to get in to Roush service. Trust me, its worth the wait. Dont take anything to these criminals. They give dealer service departments a bad name. More

Some Indian guy came to us and gave us a quote which was way more expensive than other dealers we've visited. Then we told him what we thought was reasonable(which was an actual quote from another dealer). That Indian guy soon stood up and replied "go buy from them". (We felt like we were asked to leave which his gesture did show that) RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!. We did walk away and bought an Odyssey from another dealer at a better deal with better customer service the SAME day! More

I live approximately 2 hours away from Immke Honda, so I wanted as much information as possible on the vehicle before I made the drive to purchase it. Dean was helpful in providing great, detailed pictures, finding out the answers to my questions, and fulfilling my requests. When I arrived at the dealership, he was friendly and courteous. He showed me the vehicle, which was exactly what I expected, based on the pictures he provided me with. After my purchase, he sat in the car with me and explained all of the functions. On my way back home, I even called him for help with directions! He followed up with me to ensure that I arrived home safely, and said he would follow up with me in a week, which he did. I am grateful to have had this awesome car-buying experience. It was well worth the drive, and I would recommend anyone seeking to purchase a car to visit Dean! More
