Let me first say that I am from a small community and this is only the second time I have purchased a vehicle from a "big city, high-volume" dealership. My previous experience at another Columbus-area n this is only the second time I have purchased a vehicle from a "big city, high-volume" dealership. My previous experience at another Columbus-area new car dealer wasn't necessarily bad, but there was still some pressure involved. By comparison, Germain Honda of Dublin was a pleasant surprise! From first handshake, my salesperson, Norman Lerman, was terrific to work with. Norman has found that "sweet spot" of being helpful but not pushy; of listening before suggesting; of giving you space but being close by to answer questions. Even the test drive was a pleasant, pressure-free experience. I really feel that he went to bat for me and got me a fair deal on an exceptional car...that I am VERY pleased with! He has already followed-up (less than 48-hours after the sale; less than 12-hours after I emailed him) with me on a couple of questions (by both email and telephone) and I really appreciate his promptness and attention to detail. I also want to mention Jack Lee, the Finance Manager at Germain Honda. The "finance guy" was the main "pressure point" at the other dealership I dealt with but, with Jack, there was no pressure at all. I found him to be both congenial and professional while "presenting" offers instead of "cramming them down my throat." One final note: the vehicle that I bought at the "other" dealership was a Honda. When It's time to replace it, the first place I'll shop will be Germain Honda of Dublin. More

Walked into Germain Honda with my eyes on a use Honda Accord I saw online. Unfortunately the car I wanted to look at just got sold. Norman was my salesmen and he worked with me to find a similar car that Accord I saw online. Unfortunately the car I wanted to look at just got sold. He encouraged me to drive multiple cars and find the one that I felt most comfortable in. The one I chose had some paint chips in the hood and a clunk noise in the back. I told Norman that I wanted the chips taken care of and the clunk noise looked at and fixed and without a word he wrote that down and that was part of the deal. They let me take the car and the next week I brought it back and they gave me a new paint job on the hood and it looked great. The clunk noise was a little more of a challenge but they never gave up and with the help of Norman, Jim Crulkshank and the mechanics in the back they found the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way. This was my first big car purchase and the Germain Honda family made it a stress free easy experience. I would recommend Germain Honda of Dublin to anyone. More

This allowed me to roll out of the dealership with the car I wanted and a payment plan I could live with. Moreover, Chris was refreshingly honest and forthcoming with all the positive as well as negative aspects of the purchase, giving me all the facts I needed to make an informed choice.
