We bought a 19 Accord Sport and were sold the tire package. Once we needed it, they had no idea how to implement it, and kept trying to charge us for something that was clearly covered. We had so many back and forth phone calls before we finally got it worked out. They did not have an issue taking our money for the service, but the experience is still terrible. The second time was a little smoother, but still not great. We also paid for the maintenance package, which includes all oild changes up to a certain milage, but they try to charge us for the oil change EVERY SINGLE TIME. We have to keep track of this and they don't seem to have any record keeping. On one of the oil changes the car came back and stunk like gas on the inside. It was very prevalent. They took no ownership of this, tried to downplay that, and gave us free 'car deodorizer' which didn't help. 6 months later there was still a faint smell of gas in the car. They try with the customer service in general, but I would just not recommend ever buying a car there. We certainly will never be back. More

I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership! !! I purchased a 2015 Honda van back in May of 2023 and in the beginning things couldn’t have gone better. The salesman was helpful, the financing !! I purchased a 2015 Honda van back in May of 2023 and in the beginning things couldn’t have gone better. The salesman was helpful, the financing was smooth, and I was really happy with the service. There were a few things that needed to be completed after I drove off the lot. The first was an extra set of keys which I got while getting the transmission worked on. Next was the transmission, which took two visits but it was fixed as promised. The third was a headrest for the driver’s seat. An aftermarket video player/headrest had been installed and one of the support bars was missing. This was definitely a safety issue as I do volunteer work and drive people around in the van almost every day. Since I live almost two hours away, the salesman assured me he could ship a new headrest to my house in a couple of weeks. True to his word, two weeks later the headrest arrived. Unfortunately, the new headrest was for the rear seat. I called the salesman and explained what had happened and he promised to order me the right one and ship it out. AND THAT IS WHEN THIS DEAL WENT SOUTH! At this point the dealership/sales staff started blowing me off. Any text I sent was ignored – even though when I asked a question when buying the van, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply. Now I was getting nothing. Phone calls made were never returned; even when I talked to managers who promised someone would return my call by the next day. Weeks later I was still waiting. Leaving messages for the salesman or manager to call me were also ignored. On two occasions I stopped by the dealership trying to find out the status of my headrest. Both times I met with a manager who PROMISED they would check into it and let me know the next day. I’m still waiting for those promised phone calls/text. It is extremely frustrating to be told once, twice, three times, four, five, six, seven and more someone will get back with you by tomorrow and nothing happens! All I wanted was a safe headrest. Although the dealership fixed the bar on the current headrest, it’s won’t locked into the seat and comes out quite easy. In an accident it’s likely to come flying out or even break, creating a dangerous situation. Now I was willing to buy a headrest at a junkyard or online if you couldn’t deliver. It’s an older vehicle and sometimes parts like this are hard to find. I told several of your people the same thing. I just NEEDED TO KNOW before I wasted money/time finding one. But guess what; I can’t get an answer because NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK despite numerous assurances someone would. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve never had a dealership treat me like this before and I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime; both new and used. I’m also a good customer who isn’t difficult to deal with or please. All I wanted was an update on the headrest. But honestly, I’m done with you guys. As I said, when I purchased my van, I was extremely happy with your staff. I had NO DOUBT I would be back to buy another vehicle from your dealership. But after being blown off the way I was, I won’t be back. And you can bet I’ll be telling others of my experience.
