I bought a used Honda Odyssey 2013 car from a Germain Honda of Dublin 6715, SAWMILL ROAD DUBLIN, OHIO 43017, on the basis that it is a good car that does not complain about anything. The salesperson confirmed to me that the car has no problems. After completing the procedures for buying and exiting the car, i discovered that driving the car on the public road is not safety at all, as when braking, the car vibrates from the front as well as the steering wheel. I came back to them, they gave me the inspection date on Thursday at 6:00 am and they received the car from me and I stayed there waiting for it to go out until 8:00 am without them doing anything. The technician told me I can go and I will call you during the day to see what we can do about this. I went to work and I didn't receive any convincing response, so I came back to them after work and they gave me a second appointment on Friday at 6:00 am where I was there on time and I was surprised by the same technician telling me why I came I have nothing to do for your car and I think it's not safe to drive it, and that the sales department did not inform me of anything related to you car, so go now. Imagine buying an unsafe car from the international Honda company and feeling regretful and that the seller agent who bought you the car cheated because you thought you were dealing with a reliable company and not with a car owner seller you met through one of the social media platforms. Now I'm in danger every day I go to work, I risk my life and the lives of others as well, it's to underestimate people's minds, but more than that, it's hurting people and making them vulnerable to road risks. BUT TODAY WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER , the guy at the service department was rude he didn’t even introduce himself, and with contemptuous tone he said “ this your last free service “ , sorry first it’s not free , I paid for it when I leased the car , second explain what do you mean and what are modalities , and for the cherry on top, he asked me are you waiting for the car, I said yes. Usually they come to the waiting room and tell us that the car is ready, as I saw all the agents doing while I was sitting in the room, but he didn’t and he called me on the phone and with a really rude tone, “your car is ready “ that’s it . Honestly I was really frustrated and disappointed, I don’t know why but this service was really bad. More
