Robo email informed the business would not be open until Monday, and someone would contact me. (This all occurred on Saturday PM). Phone call Monday AM to schedule. I asked for that same day. Said car had just come in on trade-in and would have to be detailed. Scheduled for Tuesday AM. Phone call Tuesday AM 1-1/2 hrs before appt to confirm that I would be there. I arrived 15 minutes early. After some confusion, it was determined that the car was no longer on the lot and had been sold wholesale. Eager to find another car for me. Began by looking at $12,000-$14,000 above my requested range. I observed that I was being treated deceptively, and had been suckered into the dealership so they could upsell me. Salesman told me that manager said it would be impossible to find a vehicle meeting my financial specifications, and suggested that I increase my down payment and agree to a higher monthly payment. I pointed out that the vehicle I had driven 40 miles to test drive DID meet my specs based on the payment calculator on their website. Later that evening, she sent me an email asking if I had any questions about the Armada. I was looking at a Honda CR-V! I will not do business with this dealer even if I am offered the bargain of the year!!! More

Bought a used car. Took back the next day because of a sound. Was told the problem and they would fix it no charge since we had warranty. 2 days later picked it up and Took back the next day because of a sound. They lied many times to me saying the warranty didn’t come into affect for 30 days then next day another person said it is instantly in affect. This place needs to get their xxxx together. More
