Great buying experience Jimmy did a search for my perfect vehicle and turned out they had one local. These people really make u feel at home. When most people would give up they took that extra mile and time. It may have taken 3 hours but we went in with a van that gave us headaches and walked out with a 2016 car. Once we was about to leave we was greeted my all the managers which whom congratulated us.. I defiantly would recommend this dealership to everyone 100%. More

RUDE service personnel Called to make an appointment for the "WORKS" was told no appointment needed, "use the QUICK LANE". When we got there it took like forever to be recognized. An elderly lady asked when my appointment was. I told her I didn't have one she and she started lecturing me about making an appointment. As I stood there dumbfounded she just walked off. Having enough I told a young man to open the door. As we were in the car waiting for the door a young man told us to wait a sec. He walked inside the offices. A knock on the drivers side window from the aforementioned elderly woman was followed by the most arrogant verbage by berating me. At this time my wife had enough and started getting out of the passenger side. This young gentleman came running up and my wife told him to "get that d........ lady out of our way and please open the door", Which he did. Results, I went to Interstate Ford and was in and out in 45 minutes. Germain will never see us again. They have a serious problem. More
