Great buying experience Jimmy did a search for my perfect vehicle and turned out they had one local. I came in after work, dealt a little to get my payments where I needed to Jimmy did a search for my perfect vehicle and turned out they had one local. I came in after work, dealt a little to get my payments where I needed to be and was home for dinner. Jimmy worked with me and ensured I was taken care of even when I got a flat tire a week later. 6 star review!!!! We went to Germain after visiting their website I talked to Carl mccleese and he was interested in my trade in that has gave me nothing but problems. These people really make u feel at home. When most people would give up they took that extra mile and time. It may have taken 3 hours but we went in with a van that gave us headaches and walked out with a 2016 car. Once we was about to leave we was greeted my all the managers which whom congratulated us.. I defiantly would recommend this dealership to everyone 100%. More
RUDE service personnel Called to make an appointment for the "WORKS" was told no appointment needed, "use the QUICK LANE". When we got there it took like forever to be recognized. An elderly lady asked when my appointment was. I told her I didn't have one she and she started lecturing me about making an appointment. As I stood there dumbfounded she just walked off. Having enough I told a young man to open the door. As we were in the car waiting for the door a young man told us to wait a sec. He walked inside the offices. A knock on the drivers side window from the aforementioned elderly woman was followed by the most arrogant verbage by berating me. At this time my wife had enough and started getting out of the passenger side. This young gentleman came running up and my wife told him to "get that d........ lady out of our way and please open the door", Which he did. Results, I went to Interstate Ford and was in and out in 45 minutes. Germain will never see us again. They have a serious problem. More

Horrible Service Dept , Rude and non caring ! ! I have a 2013 Ford Explorer that has 30,000 miles and still under the factory warranty and I also bought an extended warranty , I have always been a I have a 2013 Ford Explorer that has 30,000 miles and still under the factory warranty and I also bought an extended warranty , I have always been a Ford person but lately I do not know if that was a wise decision ? I have been to Germaine Ford (previously Hidy Ford ) 4 times because I have front half shaft and brake noise's and brake pedal pulsing and a weird rubber crunching noise at low speeds and turning, I have delta with Dustin and his boss all 4 times , they keep telling me that there is nothing wrong, but I hear and fell the noises and so does my wife and Co worker's, so they tell me when I hear the sound bring the vehicle in so I did and they keep denying there's an issue , The 3rd time Dave one of the mechanics tried to order a half shaft and get me scheduled in to get this done and check the rotors but when I came in Dustin gave me a different mechanic and of course the same old nothing is wrong , I just went for the 4th time and they acted like I was bothering them but it's funny I wasn't bothering Ford when I spent $ 27,000 on a vehicle , and when I asked for a vehicle to drive he said let him check and of course they didn't have one but they were glad to have me rent a vehicle , when I told them how unhappy I was and that the sign should still say Hidy on it instead of Germaine Dustin told me not to come back , I should have bought a Toyota or G M ! , after year's of being a faithful Ford owner and promoter I will never own another Ford !!!! The service people at Germaine are horrible and the boss is just as bad !!! Ooo and not to mention that the door panels are splitting already which seems to be a common problem as is the brakes and half shaft issues ! I contacted Corporate Ford a couple of weeks ago and then contacted them again as soon as I left Germaine Ford today , I also filed a complaint with the BBB I will not take this by Germaine/Hidy Ford and I will also contact the media this is a reaccuring issue with this dealer and there are a ton of complaints on the Ford forums about the same issues with the 2011 and up Ford Explorer and Linclon MKX , More
