Jimmy was meticulous in detail and spent time reviewing the contracts and the truck prior to the sale and spent a good deal of time going over the truck prior to presenting it to me for delivery. When issues were presented Jimmy would work directly with his manager to get them resolved quickly and efficiently. Tim Goes the Extra Mile I bought my 2016 Mustang GT from Tim Flannagan and he was nothing less than exceptional. I drove an hour from Cincinnati to purchase my vehicle with T I bought my 2016 Mustang GT from Tim Flannagan and he was nothing less than exceptional. I drove an hour from Cincinnati to purchase my vehicle with Tim because he was able to beat the price of all 3 other dealers that I have dealt with- even on a brand new vehicle! He was very patient with me when I was calling every week (sometimes every other day) to check on the status of my vehicle as it was being built. When it finally came off the truck at 6pm the day it was delivered to the dealer, just an hour or so before the dealership was supposed to close, Tim gave me the phone call and waited for me to drive up from Cincinnati to pick up my car! He gave up his personal time and stayed till 10pm, just to make sure I would get the Mustang that day. Unbelievable guy! More
