Germain Collision of Beavercreek is Hands-Down a WINNER! I wanted to give a shout out to Marty Cox, Collision Manager for Germain Collision Center of Beavercreek. After having to purchase a very expensive tr I wanted to give a shout out to Marty Cox, Collision Manager for Germain Collision Center of Beavercreek. After having to purchase a very expensive trim piece from Ford for my Mercury Milan, I was already frustrated with the amount of money I was having to spend for this cosmetic (but necessary) repair. After the Germain Ford service staff suggested I take my part over to the collision center for installation, I was able to get scheduled in just a few days. Marty serviced my vehicle in much less time than I expected, and sent me on my way without a charge. Now that's the kind of service that will bring me back in the future, not just repairs to my existing car (which I did not even purchase at Germain) but for when I am ready to buy the next one.
