When talking to Tom, he made several suggestions and without any pushy sales, since they don't work on commission that seemed to make us at ease also. Germain Ford has GREAT respect for the customer and what they really want! Unlike others dealers we have been to, all they want to do is make sale, unconcerned about whether the price or payments fit in you budget. All they knew was trying to contact several lenders and no respect for your credit rating. Never again would be deal with them, now that we have found Tom at Germain! We were very impressed with Tom, he did an awesome job. Tom even made an appointment with us to go over the car after a couple of days after purchase to see if we had questions or concerns.
