Excellent experience overall. Ryan is my salesman. I came in on Wednesday and ended up buying a car on Saturday. As a 25 year old buying my first car (I look younger) I got a lot of people who were unwilling to talk about price with me. people do not take my seriously... I never experienced that at Germain ford of beavercreek. Ryan was super nice and did an excellent job at explaining the car and working with me on price. I am extremely satisfied with the service there and will go back when it is time to buy another car. The new building is beautiful and everyone was so nice that it made my choice of where to buy my first car easier. I am loving my Malibu and was happy to do business there. More

A little late on this review but I wanted to share my experi I went into Ford expecting to be turned down or having to settle for a car like I have at other car dealerships dues to credit, etc. But DJ got me and I went into Ford expecting to be turned down or having to settle for a car like I have at other car dealerships dues to credit, etc. But DJ got me and my wife into the car of our dreams. He was very friendly and offered many different soultons that would help us out. He didn't push any of the more expensive models or any other cars we told him what we were looking for and he got us just that! I would strongly reccommend Dj if your going in to buy or even just look around and see what they have to offer! More

Tom is very personable and helpful - totally accommodating. I felt as if I gained a friend with this experience. I had to make additional trips to the dealership over the following week and a half, to take care of some administrative stuff. Was totally impressed with Tom (as well as Jared Jones) remembering me as if it were yesterday! Great thanks for that - it makes a person feel good about stuff. I also like Tom's drive in continuing to make sure I am happy with the new truck - suggested that I make a list of things I don't understand or can't make work (I'm a techno-dinosaur) and he would make sure he got answers! Have never had that happen before. I hope we can work together I the future. From one old bull to another,....THANKS!!! More
