I was absolutely shocked when he came back with my appraisal value compared to other dealerships in the local area. We were able to agree on a price and other negotiable items within 45 minutes hassle free and pressure free. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime already and DJ Yates is the absolute best sales associate I ever had the pleasure to work with. DJ then handed me off to Scott Cassidy in the finance department who made my experience even better by automatically providing gap insurance and an extended warranty.
