Not sure about my experience, but just want to share. We were not buying a car, looking to sell one. My dad owned his truck less than two months, earlier th about my experience, but just want to share. We were not buying a car, looking to sell one. My dad owned his truck less than two months, earlier this year. Two weeks after buying, we found out he had stage four cancer and within another month, he passed away. We tried selling truck on our own for my mom, without any luck. Brought to dealership for quote in September, got quote of 12500, we were hoping for little more (in hindsight we now know we should have taken this). Kept trying to sell to no avail again. Brought back to dealership in December, were just looking for reasonable amount, maybe close to 12500 from Sept, so we could move on. Quoted us 11000, my mom was looking for little more. They said they look to see average selling price for truck, which for this they gave example of maybe 13500, then said they price little lower, so they would price it around 13300, then they would have to put another maybe 1000 into the truck for detailing, paperwork, etc. plus maybe the appraiser saw some work needed done. So from all of that, I assumed they would make little profit off truck, which I completely understand, even told guy that, that I know they are a business. We sold them the truck on 12/27, it is already on website for sale on 12/28, for 14650. Interesting, must not have required too much mechanical work, and quoted for almost 1500 more than his example. Just seems curious to me. My theory, and I have no proof other than my own research, they plugged it into computer, average selling price was probably about 15k, so their price is little lower, at the 14650. I would just like a little more honesty in the world (a testament to how my Dad raised me), but that is probably wishful thinking on my part, especially from a used car dealership. Just tell me you need to make money off the truck, I didn't need the example, because the example proved to be just hot air, in my opinion. In addition, couldn't really explain how the offer went down 1500 from Sept to December. More

Attention to Detail DJ went above and beyond to make sure my daughters vehicle was prepared for her. He did most of the detailing and cleaning himself. He did an outstanding job of communicating the process and where we were at in the process. We will definitely check with him first when our family is ready for another car purchase. More
