I checked out most of the Ford dealers for a truck and walked out on some due to pressure and some due to lack of knowledge of their product. I wanted to stay close to the south part of Dayton but did stray into Beavercreek's Germain Ford. I was introduced to DJ Yates and immediately he shook my hand, called me by name and repeated his name. We sat down and went over what I was looking for in a pickup truck. DJ got on the computer and pulled up some that meet and exceeded what I was looking for. Since I had an appointment I had to leave but did return the next day with my wife.. DJ was very cordial to my wife and me and said that he had a truck that should meet most of what I wanted. Took one look around the truck and went for a ride. We bought it that day with NO Hassel on price, trade-in, or financing. DJ came in on his day off to deliver my truck personally. DJ does know about his products and is very easy to deal with. Finally found a salesperson that cares, is honest and straight forward. That is a hard to find in this day and age. Again, Thanks DJ for all your efforts. More
