He gladly went at our pace and was patient through out the purchase. We were happy to settle in on the 2016 Ford F150 XLT, which we ultimately purchased. For anyone interested in visiting Germain Ford, I'd send them first to Tom Yearms. We spent less time with Mr. Scott Cassidy in the finance office, but we enjoyed speaking to him as well. He shot the breeze with us and we gradually eased into discussing financing options. I would recommend going to him for financing. More

Tom Yearms Stress Free Buying Experience "I became familiar with Germain Ford in Beavercreek after searching online for a used Ford Edge. I received a call immediately from Tom Yearms after i "I became familiar with Germain Ford in Beavercreek after searching online for a used Ford Edge. I received a call immediately from Tom Yearms after indicating my interest in one of their vehicles online and met with him the next day. He was prompt, friendly, and patient, and provided answers to all my questions after looking at several vehicles. He followed up with me several times after the initial meeting and after subsequent questions and visits to the dealership. I even upgraded to a newer used Edge. I worked with Nick in the service department on a warranty repair and the Polysteel application, and he provided excellent customer service with follow-up phone calls and great rental vehicles. I did experience some misunderstandings during the finance discussions and extended warranty information provided, but Mitchell Gadd, the General Manager, stepped in and made every attempt to resolve the issues and answer all my questions. I am now a completely satisfied customer and love my 'new' used Edge. I never felt pressured, and I always received the most prompt and detailed explanations when asking questions, and I am not afraid to ask when I don't understand and I'm spending my hard earned money. The excellent customer service provided by Tom, Nick, and Mitchell went above and beyond my expectations, and I would highly recommend this dealership based on this experience.
