When we met in person, he was enthusiastic and friendly. I worked with Scott for most of the rest of the process, and he made sure I got all the things I wanted in my car, laying out all of the prices for the features I wanted up front and making sure I got my military service discounts. Thirdly, I was contacted almost immediately by a salesperson after an internet inquiry on the Escape I was interested in, and he offered as much as was possible over email before scheduling a test drive. Justin Jones continued to follow-through with answering every question and crunching numbers with me over the car.
