A great used car experience I quickly needed to replace a car that my son recently totaled. I dislike shopping for used cars. I dislike the whole used car sales dance. In this I quickly needed to replace a car that my son recently totaled. I dislike shopping for used cars. I dislike the whole used car sales dance. In this instance, I saw a particular used car online, and traveled 45 miles to Germain to see it. Justin was a breath of fresh air. He knew I was in a hurry. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and FAST. In less than an hour I saw the car, test drove it, liked it a lot, made an offer, got it accepted, did the paperwork, and was on my way. The car was 11 years old, but in beautiful condition - partly due to the previous owner and partly due to the fine dealer prep. Apologies to my son - he gets my wife's old car, because she wants this one. Will travel 45 miles again to visit Germain Ford of Beavercreek. Thanks Justin! More
