As I continued to consider options which may have required another visit because of the late hour, he searched inventory and made notes for our possible next attempt to find my new vehicle. He stayed focused on my wishes throughout, and found what I was looking for on the lot. By this time, we had passed normal operating hours... I departed the dealership in my new purchase feeling that I had acquired a great car, at a great price, in a very comfortable setting. As Ah-nold would say: "I'll be back..."! More

He gets a flat rate on every vehicle he sales, that put us at ease, and helped us feel better about the buying process. DJ even came into work on his day off to make sure everything was done properly on the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. We had the vehicle for about a week and had an issue with the passenger rear tire. He took care of it and made sure the service department was aware of the issue. DJ did not give my wife any hassle when she brought it in. That says a lot for DJ as well as the entire service department at Germain Ford of Beavercreek. We are very happy with our experience! More
