We were pleasantly surprised by the staff at Germain Ford. Justin certainly knows his business... and when it came to financing, Dan didn't miss a beat. But what stands out most to me is the customer service extended by the staff. Consumers today have many options when it comes to buying a product, however; the way in which a business values their customers will often make or break a business relationship. I tend to rate experiences based on customer service... and because of that, Germain gets 5 stars! More
