We made an appointment for the Saturday morning. I arrived about 20 minutes early but Jonathon had the car out front and ready anyways. I bought the car relatively easy. The only thing was after having the car for a day, so problems emerged. The a.c., a recall, and some oil leaks. I called back and had a schedule for service at the Honda dealer. Ford was nice enough to pay for the a.c., especially since I bought it as is. The 3 stars because though they did cover the a.c., I felt like they weren't honest. More
Great Truck Buying Experience I worked with Landon Hallam on 26 August to buy a 2017 F-150 Lariat FX4. I met Landon earlier in the month at a Beavercreek Football Ford test drive I worked with Landon Hallam on 26 August to buy a 2017 F-150 Lariat FX4. I met Landon earlier in the month at a Beavercreek Football Ford test drive event at the high school. He was very approachable and was not trying to sell a vehicle which made it very easy to look at a couple of models and focus my online research. Fortunately I saw Landon when I pulled into the dealership and I explained the trim level I was looking for in an F-150. He took me to an F-150 XLT equipped with a V-6 EcoBoost and the options I was interested in. The test drive was very informative – Landon knows the F-150 product line very well and did a great job explaining the truck’s features. He ran the numbers for a lease and buy and allowed me to take the information home with no pressure to buy. I returned to the dealer later in the afternoon and Landon was working with another customer. I saw a Lariat model that interested me and he tossed me the keys for a test drive and then took the time to compare both models to ensure I was buying the truck I wanted. The dealership gave me a very fair trade-in on my vehicle and I thought the price we settled on for the F-150 was fair. It was busy and I had to wait about two hours to close with finance – Landon filled the time talking about cars, racing, and hunting. The financing process with Daniel Baer was smooth; there was a small disconnect with the incentives that were previously agreed to, but Daniel called his manager and quickly resolved the issue. Also, the young men that detailed the truck prior to delivery did a great job and went out of their way to ask me if I was satisfied with how the truck looked. Overall, I would recommend Germain Ford of Beavercreek to a friend or associate. I’m sure all the sales associates are good, but definitely ask for Landon. He made buying a vehicle a good experience and he’s committed to ensuring you get the best vehicle to meet your needs. More

Very dissatisfied with service department/ customer service My F150 came out of the service department in worse shape than when it went in. I had an appointment but waited 4 hours for an estimate. After repairs, I continued to have a leak after I was assured I would not. When contacted a few days afterwards by someone inquiring about the service, I was told I would be re contacted, but have heard from no one. I have used Germaine several times but this is by far the worst experience and service I have ever received. I am still waiting Germaine Ford!!!!! More

I wasn't actually expecting to purchase one that day, the goal was to just look around. My daughter saw one she liked and I was able to get financed. Brandon did everything in his power to help me get the vehicle to my home, which involved a couple of young guys who clean the cars to drive it to my house. After arriving home, my daughter showed her grandparents her "new" car. The car was a mess on the inside. The leather was dirty, it had a smell to it, there was food on the floorboards and hair along with crayon markings all over the back seat . I called the dealership to let them know that the way these guys were cleaning the cars was not adequate and the used car manager, John (not sure what his last name is), was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. He stated that he had been in the car several times and it was not as dirty as I claimed it to be. So he's either delusional or just doesn't want to own up to the fact that there are lazy employees working there. Also, the car shakes really bad when I turn left or right or go over 75mph, which he also basically said I was lying about. He told me I got a great deal on the car because it was 4k below bluebook value. Well, there is a reason for that, it's a piece of crap. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I don't complain unless there is a reason to complain, and they gave me plenty of reasons. NEVER AGAIN! Next time I will buy new and it definitely won't be from this dealership. More
