At first I was planning to get the vehicle at another Ford dealer but felt as if I was getting jerked around and toyed with. Every time we talked on the phone or sat down to do numbers something changed. It made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I ended up walking away and ended up at Germain Ford and luckily found Stephanie. From the minute we met she was kind, courteous and listened to my concerns. She went out of her way to find the exact color that we preferred and made it happen. She was easy going, easy to work with and was genuinely concerned with our thoughts and needs. When it came to the numbers she blew the other dealer out of the water. Before sitting down and signing the papers I was so relieved and that “buying a new car stress” seemed to melt away. I never felt an ounce of pressure. We were extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy a new car. The service we received there was literally horrible…the salesperson was demeaning, belittling, and was more interested in going home on time than selling a new car. This was my wife's first experience with purchasing a new vehicle and she had no idea what to expect; the experience was so awful that my wife left the dealership crying. The following week, our primary vehicle broke down, hastening our need for a new car. My wife and I are both surgeons, and after an incredibly long and arduous day in the operating room with both of us on call at the time, we went to Germain Ford in search of our much needed new SUV. My wife arrived first and unfortunately was in a very poor mood, having recalled her previous experience in Toledo. And that's when we met Drake Haley. At first, we were taken back by how young Drake appeared. However, I can assure you with 100% certainty that his experience, professionalism, and work ethic extended far beyond his years. Within 24 hours, Drake found us a fully loaded 2017 Explorer that my wife and two kids are absolutely in love with!! Love my purchase and the the saleswoman I dealt with! Not too long ago we needed a new vehicle because our family has grown and we needed to upgrade to something larger than the car that we currently had. She even would go retrieve the vehicles from the lot and warm them so that we could look at them and not have to be so cold. She was a huge help in finding us the exact vehicle that was right for us.
