Even though he didn't know me at all and only met me for one day, He still showed a concern for my health and even texted to see how the surgery went and checked in on my a time or two. After I was able enough to walk and sit up for a while I made sure to go see him and purchase my 2018 Fusion. As a sales person that does not know your client he did not have to do this; but he showed empathy and a genuine concern that went above and beyond just selling me a car. More

We talked via email a few times and then I visited to look at the 2017 Ruby Red Mustang they had on their website. I'm not an impulse buyer and typically never buy a car on the initial purchase, but I was impressed with Jonathan and the Germain team so when they offered me a more than fair price on my trade-in I decided to buy that evening.
