Incredible Integrity and Professionalism I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Germain Ford. The used car I bought a few months ago had an engine issue from the manufacturer. Even though I bought the car as-is (no warranty), they agreed to pay another shop (I'm 100 miles away) to conduct the repair. I didn't have to beg, yell, threaten, etc. They took responsibility for not catching the issue and did the right thing. It was NOT a cheap repair either! Very very impressed with these guys. High integrity and professionalism. I would absolutely do business here again! More

Johnathon made it easy! Big thanks to Johnathon! I was in a tough situation, NOT the best timing for looking for/purchasing a new car and Johnathon helped me out. I was Big thanks to Johnathon! I was speaking/texting/emailing with him and at least 4 other dealerships simultaneously and he stood out from the rest. Johnathon did not waste time - just "what do you need", "what vehicle are you looking at", "let me get to work". Heard from him 27 minutes later via text saying that he had gotten me approved (miracle) with no money down! Mind you, all of this took place while I was at work. So minimal time was spent at the dealership, maybe 30-45 minutes to finalize paperwork and sign. And 5 minutes the next day to pick up my new, clean, full-of-gas vehicle. This was my second experience with Germain Ford in a 2 year span (different salesmen) and both were exceptional. Thanks again! Christie More
