REPAIRS Took my 2011 Lincoln MKS in for repairs to be done while I was on vacation. Called in to schedule for service and to leave a list of things that neede Took my 2011 Lincoln MKS in for repairs to be done while I was on vacation. Called in to schedule for service and to leave a list of things that needed done. I told the receptionist everything I needed and asked her if she was writing this down, she stated she was inputting it into her system as we spoke. I told her that I would be out of town and unable to answer any calls and I approved all repairs regardless of cost. Well only 3 things on the list of repairs were completed. I asked that the rear sensors be repaired or replaced, which were only reconnected due to them coming unhooked. I asked for a new key fob to be programmed. I was charged $410 dollars for 2 key fobs (with no key cut) when I only asked for 1. and the added a new front license plate bracket as I requested. I also requested the ambient lighting be repaired, the passenger side door lock be fixed and the TPMS sensors be replaced. Spoke to the guy in service that was over seeing the repairs and I was the repairs to my vehicle and he stated that all repairs had been made. I asked to pay via telephone. Paid my bill over the telephone and told the cashier to leave keys in the car as I will pick it up after hours. When I picked my car up I noticed that the ambient lighting was not fixed, the TPMS light was still on and the passenger door lock was not fixed either. Germain Ford charged me $880 for this. I don't mind paying for good work and good customer service but this is absolutely ridiculous!! I would have paid any amount as long as my vehicle was repaired the way I asked for it to be repaired!! Needless to say I will not be taking my business back to this lot. I feel I was robbed and done wrong!! I hope this helps someone not to make the same mistake I did. More
