Thank you for your business and feedback. We are sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations during your recent visit. After a review of your service records, they indicate that we completed all the requested services. We did not have any notes to repair the door lock and apologize if there was a miscommunication on our part. Our records also indicated that we advised you regarding the airbag light, that it would be on unless we replaced the steering column and you declined the repairs. We also understand that you spoke to our advisor Chuck about the key fobs. Chuck was advised that you did not want the keys cut just wanted the remotes programmed. Which we did. Finally, regarding the TPMS lights, you were advised that you have aftermarket wheels and tires with no sensors in the wheels and the light will remain on. We hope this helps clarify any question you have regarding your visit. We truly value your business and hope that you will continue to service with us here at Germain Ford of Beavercreek. That's a lie, no one ever said anything about my wheels being aftermarket wheels. If the techs knew what they were talking about they would have noticed they were OEM rims that came with the car. The TPMS system was never discussed with me only the airbag light, which I was told would take some time to track down the problem or replace sensors. As far as the key fobs, yes I did say there was no need for cutting the keys. If you read my review you would see that my problem was that I was charged for 2 key fobs when I only asked for one. Plus I was charged for the blank key when I should've only been charged for the key fob because the key & fob are a whole not seperate. You never address the ambient lighting which WAS on the listed on the paper. You have my number if you feel you want to discuss this matter further. C. Walker
