When we take possession of pre-owned inventory we, unfortunately, are at the mercy of the previous owner as to what they turn into us as far as manuals and keys along with the vehicles. In an attempt to provide our guests with the highest quality of pre-owned inventory at the lowest possible prices there are certain items our customers must forgo. These items would be missing keys and manuals, full tanks of gas or even missing floor mats. Each of our sales consultants has this information posted at their desk and reviews this with each and every guest prior to closing the deal. If you had wanted to have these items added we could have done so at that time. We, unfortunately, are not able to provide you with these items at no charge. We have found that by operating in this manner our guests have been extremely pleased as they know we are offering the best price possible.
