He was knowledgeable , answering every question I had for him. He made sure I was aware of all the features and he demonstrated how to use them. This was very helpful and appreciated while trying to decide if this was the truck I wanted to buy. Big decision!! This truck only required side steps and a bed mat to be my perfect truck. Great Experience I was driving home from school (Virginia to Illinois) and was having car trouble. My dad called Germain Ford Service department and told them the problems I was having. Right when I showed up, they took a look at my vehicle and started working on it. They even gave me a ride in a company vehicle to a local Advanced Auto Parts so that I could exchange the bad part for a new one. TJ and his main mechanic fixed my car in about 45 minutes and were really genuine guys. They talked with me and showed me what they were doing while they were fixing it. On top of all that, they did it all free of charge. They definitely blessed my day and my family was very grateful for them. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. :) More

Buy from Mark Lee at Germain Ford From the time I scheduled a test drive through signing on the dotted line in addition to service after my purchase Mark Lee has been excellent! I requested a test drive of a Ford Fusion Hybrid online 20 minutes before I arrived at Beavercreek Ford and Mark had it warming up at the front door by the time I got there. When I went to purchase the car the dealership had the VIN number swapped with another Fusion but Mark was able to resolve the issue very quickly and professionally in addition to contacting me even when he was off of work on a Friday night. When I came back Saturday morning to sign the paperwork Mark had everything corrected, the car detailed, filled up and ready to go for me. If you need a car go see Mark Lee at Germain Ford! THE BEST PERSONALIZED SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED-PERIOD I had to come from over an hour away because Germain was the only Ford dealership that had the truck I wanted. I was lucky enough to get Mark Lee on the phone when I called. I explained to him that needed to work out my trade and a good price before I was willing to make the drive. I also explained to him that I had friends coming in from out of town and had to be back home by 5 PM. With a cheer in his voice he said no problem. It only took and few minutes fr him to get back to me and I left my house at 11;30 AM. Remembering that my time was important, Mark arranged to get all of my information over the phone on my drive up and when I arrived, all there was to do was to drive the vehicle and sign a few papers with Travis (who was also spectacular, personable, and quick!). I was on the road in my new truck heading home by 2 o'clock! and most of the time spent was me cleaning all of my junk out of my trade.
