DO NOT GO THERE!!! They cheat, they lie, and they are rude I live in Indiana about 100 miles away from Planet Toyota. After talking with them over the phone and email, they promised me a price and a car and when I went there they said we will have to ship it for here first and you have to pay a deposit and an extra 500 to the price agreed. When I said this is too much, they told me GO. I drove 100 miles each way for nothing! Also, later on, I found out that the price they gave me was already 500 more than what I could get the car for. Gabrielle, a salesperson there, told me that you have to pay extra 500 to get the 0-60 financing. I got the 0-60 financing later on without the 500 she was talking about. She was lying to me. Do not go there unless you are very sure about the price and ready to defend it to death. These people are very hard to deal with. They will try to get as much money as they can from you. They offered to trade in my car for 1000 dollars although I could sell it later on for 5800. DO NOT GO THERE!!! More

Awesome experience! I have some credit challenges, and I was up front with them and they were willing to work with me. I dealt with Gabby and Ken. Since I live in anoth I have some credit challenges, and I was up front with them and they were willing to work with me. I dealt with Gabby and Ken. Since I live in another state, was trying to get as much sorted out over the phone as possible. Both Gabby and Ken were very responsive, and gave me what I needed and didn't try to blow smoke up my keester like so many other dealers. No pressure at all, but yet perfect follow up. Unfortunately the vehicle I wanted was sold before I could get approval from the bankruptcy trustee. I actually felt bad that they did the paperwork I requested and didn't wind up with a sale. If my shopping was not so vehicle specific, I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
Refused to fix my car under warranty. Bought brand new Rav4 there back few years ago. Now the car has 45K miles. Car was stored in garage for all those years and was good taken care of whe Bought brand new Rav4 there back few years ago. Now the car has 45K miles. Car was stored in garage for all those years and was good taken care of when muffler rusted out. It had a big hole on top of the can. That was the unique part with a small catalytic converter in it. One part nr for both muffler and catalytic converter. Cost to replace $1500. My car is under emission control warranty 8 years 80k miles. I found out on Google that rusted out exhaust system in Rav4s is common problem and dealerships exchange this part under warranty. However Planet Toyota didn't wont to fix it. Had to call Toyota National Hot Line and get the case nr for the matter. Toyota hot line said it should be exchanged since that part is covered. They still refused to exchange fault part. I was very disappointed. We called Toyota National Care again and they have decided that the rust failure is not covered. Didn't gave up. Form Planet Toyota I went to Orland Park Toyota and told what the story was. Orland service didn't have the muffler/catalytic converter part available at the moment, but next day they call me that my muffler arrived and they replaced it for free without a problem. I don't understand why is the difference in judgment. Regardless I'm very happy with Orland Toyota. I will never visit Toyota Matteson again. More

Next time i need a vehicle I will not hesitate to go to Jessica AL or Risto. Planet Toyota seems to have the best inventory of SIennas which is why I drove that far. None of my local dealers had what I wanted in stock and none of them would really give me a definite price. So I began searching. This was on of my best car purchases. I hope that you have the same experience that I had. Thank you Planet Toyota. More
Be very careful when doing business with this dealership. Despite having used the internet pricing and arranging a time to meet at the dealership, the salesperson that I had spoken to was suspiciously o Despite having used the internet pricing and arranging a time to meet at the dealership, the salesperson that I had spoken to was suspiciously on the phone when I arrived, and I was later told that she was at their "other" location. I was flexible and discussed the vehicle with another salesperson. The alternate salesperson was friendly. However, he didn't seem to understand (although told and shown) that we have been Toyota owners for a decade with two vehicles. Nonetheless, he went on (an on) about the reasons to buy a Toyota (ad nauseam), not recognizing that I could have done his sales pitch and that he was becoming overwhelming. Here's the most irritating aspect of the visit -- the price that was originally proposed at the dealership was not even close to the price over the internet/phone. To add insult to injury, I requested the pricing of the Toyota Extended Warranties, which he resisted until I would agree on the initial vehicle price. After insisting that we could not negotiate without knowing the full price of the vehicle, he provided an "estimate" that was more suited for a Ferrari. The manager came out and agreed to the original price and gave more reasonable pricing on the warranties, but it was all over for me by then. Do your homework and get an email from them. More
We have purchased numerous vehicles from planet toyota over the past 10 years, probably close to 7. That will no longer happen. We went in to trade in our 2011 Sienna XLE for a 2013...had a deal worke over the past 10 years, probably close to 7. That will no longer happen. We went in to trade in our 2011 Sienna XLE for a 2013...had a deal worked out, paperwork signed, drove home with the new van. The next day, Planet toyota calls us up and tell us we need to either pay them another $8000 for the vehicle or bring back the new vehicle because 'they messed up on calculations.' Mind you - all paperwork was signed, we drove the new van home, plates, etc. That was about 6 months ago. We didn't want to deal with the hassle so we returned the van - our old van was fine, just always nice to have something newer. Today, our 2011 Sienna had an issue with the moonroof and we bring it in for service. It turns out that planet toyota didn't completely 'revert' that deal, and it no longer shows our vehicle as being under warranty. 6 months later...planet toyota continues to screw us. Stay away More

I was looking for a new auto for my son. I decided that it might be better to lease and I had a Toyota Sequoia to trade in so I went to Planet Toyota because that is where the Sequoia was purchased. I made the mistake of saying that I had never leased before and was completely taken advantage of. The pressure by the salesman was brutal and the very fast talking and waiting took it's toll on me and I entered into a very bad deal. I was never allowed to see the lease manager I had spoken with on the phone earlier. She was always with another customer. I was also under pressure because the Sequoia had become dangerous to drive and my son needed something safer ASAP. I have since leased a vehicle for my daughter and dealt with Community Honda. I was treated with the utmost respect and made an incredible deal for a much better car. My lease payment for my daughter is 50/month less than my sons car from Planet Toyota. I have learned another life lesson. More
My experience at the Planet Toyota of Matteson, IL was phonomenal. Many times in my car shopping experience, I have encountered salesman who seem uninterested in my questions or who do not treat me with q phonomenal. Many times in my car shopping experience, I have encountered salesman who seem uninterested in my questions or who do not treat me with quality service because I do not appear to have thousands of dollars. However, the employees at the Planet Toyota of Matteson, IL greeted me before I could even open the dealership doors. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. Both the salesman and finance employee worked cooperatively with myself and my husband to ensure that we purchased a luxurious car and stil afford the monthly note. Most astonishing was that none of the employees showed any personal self interest of interest in their own gain but genuinely expressed thier love for serving customers. More
