I would give zero stars if possible. I received no service from this employee. Dropped off my car for repair received an estimate and after calling numerous times leaving countless messages on VM, wit service from this employee. Dropped off my car for repair received an estimate and after calling numerous times leaving countless messages on VM, with other service reps and front office staff for a week I never received one call back. Common courtesy was out the window. He gives bad service a good name. Saul would never work one additional day for me. I didn’t receive any service until I went into the dealership and had to ask for the service manager. Horrible experience. More

Very easy to get a hold of, he communicates well. He will not move forward on anything without an OK from my Wife or Myself. We serviced both our Rouge and Murano this weekend. Scott was there to greet us Friday night when we dropped it off, then contacted me Saturday morning with my options and then we picked them both up early afternoon with Scott, once again there to greet us. A side note, Howard Krick was also there on Sat and he went out of his way to say hello and ask how my wife and I where doing and also checked on how we liked our Nissans. At this point I have 3 Nissans, A Maxima and Murano as a purchase and Rouge as a lease. Howard has been our sales person for at least 8 years. I have used your service department for about 20 years. I welcome Scott to the team and hope you all take care of him like he takes care of us. Thank you for being an outstanding dealership and hiring such awesome staff. I would love to meet the owner. I know he is around Naperville, my Son waiting on him this past year and said he was a great person. If you could make that happen I would appreciate it. More
I showed up 30 min early for a service appointment. My car was almost immediately seen and the recall issue on my 2021 Sentra was resolved in minutes.
