Saul was Extremely courteous and top rate in taking care of me. He determined my car rattles came from my moon roof. I made a new appointment, and Saul had a loaner waiting for me. I have taken my car for issues covered under warranty 2 times here. Both times they said that my issue was not covered by my warranty. (one time they claimed they could not replicate an issue that I had re times here. Both times they said that my issue was not covered by my warranty. (one time they claimed they could not replicate an issue that I had recorded with my cell phone, but that (cell phone video) didn't count. The first issue involved ambient lighting on my Maxima. They claimed it was an aftermarket part and it wasn't covered. The second time involved sunroof seals, and the person in service told me I had an aftermarket part. Both times I had to contact Nissan USA to confirm that the issues were indeed covered by warranty. Do you really want to have anything to do with a dealer that acts in this manner? More

Do not purchase a make other than Nissan from them as a used car. They will not service it properly. Brought my Acura in for warranty work on Nov 16th. Service mgr actually said "not sure what she wants used car. They will not service it properly. Brought my Acura in for warranty work on Nov 16th. Service mgr actually said "not sure what she wants us to do with it, we don't fix those". Well I was assured when I purchased the car there that they would take care of all maintenance. Was told they would "order some parts" and get back to me. Well it's been 2 months. Haven't heard a thing. Fixed some things myself and took it in for service elsewhere in the meantime. Very disappointing. More

useless Life time warranty I Purchased 8 cars from Gerald Nissan Naperville within the last 10 years, the lift time warranty that they offers always a good selling point that m I Purchased 8 cars from Gerald Nissan Naperville within the last 10 years, the lift time warranty that they offers always a good selling point that made me prefer to deal with them over other dealers in the area ,until i faced the 1st problem and needed to use it to my pre-owned kia i purchased from them 3 years ago the car need new engine i dropped it off September 2018 and car still in there lot as of now. they refuse to fix it with the life time warranty that based in the contract we have it should cover it they requested all the service records since i purchased the car i submitted all documents more than ones , they kept asking for more records , i reached out to the owner who kindly responded 2 times and assigned my file to the General Manager who did not do any thing until now. i will contact the BBB and the Attorney General , the life time warranty they provided to me is useless when i needed it 8 month car in their service department lot just parked untouched !!!i was hoping for a professional communication to resolve the issue from a big dealership like Gerald the service i'm getting from them is by far worth than any service i can get from a local used car dealership. More
