My wife went in for an oil change and tire rotation, drove the car home saying the car was making a loud noise, after I did an inspection I found both front rim lug nuts were loose. Made Appointment 4 Days in Advance - Dropped off car and said that it would take 5 hours based on what their system said. Said that we would get OEM parts. Researched and our issue takes 2 - 3 hours to repa said that it would take 5 hours based on what their system said. Said that we would get OEM parts. Researched and our issue takes 2 - 3 hours to repair. Called back by the dealer 30 minutes later saying they did not have the part for the repair and could get it 5 hours later but would not be OEM part after being assured OEM parts would be used. If I can get the repair done without OEM parts in 2 hours, that is a better plan. They have lost my business. More

BOUGHT A 2017 MAXIMA BACK IN 2017 CAR WAS NEW WHEN I GOT IN IT THERE WERE CHICKEN BONES UNDER FRONT SEAT. NOW I ONLY HAVE 9010 MILES ON CAR AND GOT A RECALL FROM NISSAN WHEN I TOOK IT THERE THY TOLD BE THAT IN IT THERE WERE CHICKEN BONES UNDER FRONT SEAT. NOW I ONLY HAVE 9010 MILES ON CAR AND GOT A RECALL FROM NISSAN WHEN I TOOK IT THERE THY TOLD BE THAT IF BOLTS BRAKE I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND IT COULD CAOST 200.00 AND UP. THIS SHOULD BE NISSANS PROBLEM SENCE IT IS A RECALL I THINK DEALERSHIP MIGHT BE TRYING TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY.
