Sold a lemon . 2018 nissan murrano antifreeze leak and owner Where do I start... I purchased a new 2018 Nissan Murrano awd in Oct 2018. With a Salesman Lonnie, He told us if we would give them $ 200.00 , they w Where do I start... I purchased a new 2018 Nissan Murrano awd in Oct 2018. With a Salesman Lonnie, He told us if we would give them $ 200.00 , they would get us a lower apr. Well he met my husband in the restroom , when I was at the desk waiting and he asked my husband for the 200.00. So I found that out afterwards and called Lonnie personally myself and he told me after I stated I was gonna let the owners know he said let me call you back in the a.m. he didn't and he called in that morning , so I called the dealership spoke to the owner and Mike the g.m. . They said that was him not them, I said yes but he works for your company he is doing shady business like that and I want my $200.00 back. It was given back to me by Mike, the G.m. so that's just the start of this horrible experience from this dealership . My nissan has been there 3 times now for a antifreeze leak, in which the owners called me and said the antifreeze they put in the nissan murrano is non toxic, I almost fell off the phone . I said hod on Googled it while on my phone. It's toxic and we're breathing it everyday. My daughter has a serious medical condition ans is breathing this . It's a documented condition and also were getting headaches from this . Logging all of them, called our doctors . Called the lemon law attorney. I was told by one of the brothers Bob or Jim have to look at my notes , that we signed a arbitration and did we know that..So this dealer has it in there fine print. For a dealer to have this and the owner stresses that, they must have had sold and still sell lemons. My car has this leak in the motor and that's why they can't get to the source of the link. T.j. did smell the antifreeze as we drove it in dock. He went and got mike and he told Mike he did smell it. The dealer also ran my husbands credit maybe a Month ago and ran it for a auto loan double the price of another murrano. I have the legal letter from the bank and the amount they ran it for. We did not authorize that amount double of what we have now. Are you kidding me. They were just trying to get out of buying this car back son they told us his credit mysteriously that was great in Oct 2018 and in Jan 2019 it wasnt. I pulled it it was no different. Maybe a few points. They were asking for a loan double the amount , no kidding the bank didn't give it. This dealership will not take ownership they sold a lemon with a Toxic lethal chemical that is getting in my car through the vents . I've called their consumer affairs. As well. They said it's not toxic as well. Also can they get a record of my daughter's condition. ... left a message today for owner to call back he did not. Left one for t.j. service director on Tuesday no call back. I was told by Mike and owner that they rather I don't write a review, well I bit my tongue long enough. ******Watch the salesman , side deals.. ****selling lemons and take no fault for it and don't offer a solution, just they will tell you we signed a arbitration. ******Buyer Beware!!!!!****** More

I was really overwhelmed because of going through the whole process, with him reassuring me that was meant to happen will happen.
