Made Appointment 4 Days in Advance - Dropped off car and said that it would take 5 hours based on what their system said. Said that we would get OEM parts. Researched and our issue takes 2 - 3 hours to repa said that it would take 5 hours based on what their system said. Said that we would get OEM parts. Called back by the dealer 30 minutes later saying they did not have the part for the repair and could get it 5 hours later but would not be OEM part after being assured OEM parts would be used. If I can get the repair done without OEM parts in 2 hours, that is a better plan. They have lost my business. More

Professional without being cold and friendly without being phoney. I had just as much fun during the process of purchasing the car as I did driving it off the lot!!! And if anyone has ever bought a car...you know that's huge!!! He didnt really sell me the vehicle, I did my homework before I ever got to the dealership and only needed the test drive to confirm that I wanted the car.
