A complete waste of time! I had the worst experience ever at Hawkison Nissan. It started the moment I filled out the pre-approval credit application. First, I was received seve I had the worst experience ever at Hawkison Nissan. It started the moment I filled out the pre-approval credit application. First, I was received several email stating I have an appointment to come in. When I did show up for the first appointment someone called me. I asked was I approved before I drive out there and waste my time and theirs. I was told yes I am approved. The day of my appointment I received another call asking am I still coming. I advised the caller I'm on my way. I walked in at 8:15am. Everyone was very nice and willing to help when I walked in. The manager Brandon introduced me to my salesman Jesus. I advised him I just got off work at 6am that morning and had to be back at work at 2pm. I told him I filled out a credit application online. Before I even looked to see if there was a car I was even interested in he had me fill out another credit application and started asking me about a trade in and how much was I planning to put down. After we completed all the pre paperwork he tells me he be right back. After about 15 minutes he tells me he has a car he wants to show me. He goes to get the key then comes back after 5 minutes and tells me he can't find the key give him a minute. Meanwhile, the finance manager comes to me and tell me he wants to help me. He's going to take my trade as is and he is going to put me in a new 2014 Rouge and get me finance through Nissan Finance company. Then he asked me if I need you to put down some money how much can you come up with and by when. After talking to him he has Jesus take me on a test ride of a red 2014 Rouge. When we come back to the dealership Jesus asked me do I like the automobile and how did I feel about the color. Brandon comes out and says the finance manger was writing up the deal on the white 2014 Rouge. I wanted the black one but whatever. Then I'm told to have a seat a Jesus desk they were just finishing up everything. And don't you know it after spending my entire morning with them they send Jesus to tell me they were unable to make the deal I will need to come up with money down, my car note will be higher than the note I have on my current car and this is with my trade. I left the dealership at 12:48pm. With no car and no sleep. If things would have worked out I was going to bring my daughter there to get her first car when she comes home from college and two other people I know are also looking for a car and wanted me to let them know how things go before they go to Hawkison to buy a car. I would not recommend anyone to them unless you want to waste your time. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in HAWKISON NISSAN!!! More

A person should get a conclusive answer as to whether or not said dealer is willing to work with him, very disappointed. My Fiancee and I already had 4 Vehicles but I had to do a double take, The Nissan Juke actually looked cool? then I saw the interior, perfection, it w My Fiancee and I already had 4 Vehicles but I had to do a double take, The Nissan Juke actually looked cool? then I saw the interior, perfection, it was compact like a sports car, but sat up high like a small SUV and AWD... the perfect blend, "Me" and the Juke... match made in heaven. the Juke handles exceptionally well the navi/back up camera/ front LED lights and rear spoiler make this car seem unique but still reasonably priced. Like it more and more everyday. Thanks to Hawkinson Nissan, Your staff is wonderful, this is the Second vehicle we've bought from you guy's and I don't think we'll shop anywhere else.
