It was a flip of the coin, Kia or Hyundai, we decided to go into the Kia dealer first. I was up front and said we were looking today and seeing what's here. He was able to bring us an offer that was within budget and close the deal. A very good experience overall we are happy with the new car and our payment, rare do those two come together. Got me more than expected on my trade in and even tho I didn't get my first pick car they found another that satisfies me, possibly even more. He was very understanding of our time and never pushed for a sale. That seems to be the style for the entire dealership because their manager (James Brown) was also very friendly. Unfortunately, another dealership threw a hail mary and met my offers and the price was too good to pass up. We were only a few hundred dollars away from making a deal so I feel bad that I could not deal with such an amazing group of people but I had to make the call. Anyways, Gerald Kia of North Aurora is as good as advertised. I hope people flock to them because their customer service is superb and they treat everyone as good as it gets.
