We met with Ed on a Saturday evening and he was very polite & honest. For the record, we did visit a Hyundai dealership down the same street and the visit was a waste of time to say the least. I was undecided about what kind of car I wanted or even if I wanted a new car when I first came to the deaalership. I talked to Glen about what I was trying to achieve and he succeeded in making me a very if I wanted a new car when I first came to the deaalership. Mike Terzo was our sales person and he defied all the usual stereotypes that go along with being a car salesman. I was interested in the 2010 Kia Soul that was advertised online. At no point did I feel usual stereotypes that go along with being a car salesman. I was interested in the 2010 Kia Soul that was advertised online. At no point did I feel like he was just trying to get a sale, which understandably is the job, but he was geniunely interested in providing me an experience where I can be comfortable and understand all the features the car had to offer. He was very patient with me and was also extremely personable and fun. I made the decision pretty quickly and there was a lot of time spent sitting around waiting paperwork to be signed etc, and he just kind of hung out with us and we had a good time talking about non car matters. For me buying a car was stressful, but Mike did a great job making me feel at ease and although I had the car in mind prior to visiting the store, he made the decision very simple for me and made the experience a lot better in the long run. All in all I felt Mike was a very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and genuine person, which obviously is a great combination for someone in his position. As a whole I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a Kia/Subaru or any used car for sale that they have in stock as the experience went about as stress free as it possibly could. well lets just say the typical car sales games. i emailed Mike to get a quote got it and i was happy with the numbers so i went in then when i get i was told that price is for the red optima but i wanted bla Mike to get a quote got it and i was happy with the numbers so i went in then when i get i was told that price is for the red optima but i wanted black he say since black and white are in higher demand it cost more but the sticker price is the same.i also want to mention that they put a $698 apperance package on top of the price which is some pinstripe and door trim might be worth $100. but at the end of the day if the price and payment are where i want them its all good.so we work the numbers of course they lowball my trade in by about $2500 which will make the payment way too much but anyway we work on it and we end up $5 a month apart so i say forget it and go home then we are still emailing back in forth and a couple phone calls and we come to an agreement i f i give them al high marks on the survey we will split the $5 and i will get splash guards .so i go in and Mike says the price doesnt include the splash guards which i have an email and text message saying it is included so mike say let me go talk to the mananger Mke V then Mike v comes over talking to me like im 10 years old and says they cant do it i said i have it in writing and he said that my sales guy did tell him about the agreement we made but it didnt matter i was like fine i will walk which i did but not before i let my feelings be known about wasting my time,gas and their shady crap and the fact that my sales guy Mike G just staying up at the manangers desk like a coward while his boss came over nt only did the loos a sale over some$50 splash guards now i will tell everyone i know to stay away More
Hats off to Glenn Miller! I visited Kia with absolutely no intent to purchase for another "2-3" months which was clearly stated to Glenn. He listened to my concerns and personal goals while he built a plan no intent to purchase for another "2-3" months which was clearly stated to Glenn. He listened to my concerns and personal goals while he built a plan around them that involved purchasing two new cars. Every time I stopped by he gave me his undivided attention, answered all of my questions and took me on many many test drives even though he knew I wasn't ready to buy. He always made himself available to discuss purchase options and we ended up buying much sooner than anticipated because Glenn put together a deal we couldn't refuse. Great work! I've already recommended Glenn and Gerald Kia to my friends and co-workers! More
I recently purchased a 2006 Kia sedona. I went in to the dealership with the mindset to just look around. I was very apprehensive do to a previous bad experiance at a diffrent dealer. Glenn Miller was available to answer my questions. He was very helpful and answered all my questions clearly and without any pressure. I even returned home and came back and he still continued to be attentive and understanding of my concerns. I also was apprehensive about how much the payments would be. The finance department was fantastic. I got a payment plan that I can very easily afford. I was so pleased. All of the salesmen that we were in contact with were very easy going and friendly. No one was pushy or overbearing. There appeared to be a comradery among all of the salesmen. One brought my kids candies and coloring books and another balloons. They also have a wonderful warranty on their vehicles. I would and have recommended this dealership and salesman to friends of ours.When I need another car I will be coming back here and I have never said that about any dealership that I have done business with. More

I was referred to John Smith by a family friend of mine. As soon as I met him he was like a friend I new for years. Very friendly and fun to talk with.
