Wonderful Service Department Excellent Service Department, from the Customer Service Representatives that answer the phones and schedule appointments, to the Service Managers who Excellent Service Department, from the Customer Service Representatives that answer the phones and schedule appointments, to the Service Managers who do intake/dispatch to the polite young man who drove me to Hertz, to the billing department personnel. I had an automatic starter installed. When I picked up my car, Kim explained how it worked, then another Service Manager went out to my car with me and he answered all my questions as I practiced. Between the two of them, I felt confident when I left the lot. (The new starter was very different from the one on my old 2001 Pontiac). More
