Everything was better than promised. I took my Optima in for some recalls that I had received in the mail. They estimated about three hours worth of work and they were done in two hours. They did a multi point inspection and found a couple of additional things that needed to be replaced. My car was returned to me washed and cleaned up and good to go. I have no complaints. I would recommend Hawkinson Kia service and sales to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. More

Excellent service and friendly people I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle at Hawkinson Kia. Very prompt service , nobody was pushy. The whole staff was very friendly. In particular I dealt with Andre, Derrick, and for the majority of my purchase I was helped by Cesar. All three were great people to deal with, and went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. I went to two dealerships to look at a Kia Forte, one was up in the northwest burbs , the other was Hawkinson Kia. They were "Night and Day" different. I'll keep it simple and "nice", and just say I highly recommend Hawkinson Kia. I just purchased the Forte this week, so have yet to deal with the service department for anything, but I'm going to assume they are just as professional and friendly. More
