All I wanted at this visit was a new headlamp for my driver's side. My first encounter was with Ryan, a bearded young man. He said it should be no problem. Ryan then contacted Neel Patel who took the ball and ran with it. Paid for the headlamp, Neel installed it, and I was in and out. Both nice men. More

Anyway, I swore they'd never see my car for service. Luckily, I found Continental Honda in Countryside. 5 STARS all around!!! My last car was a Lexus and I was used to their outstanding service... and honestly... was preparing myself for a "downgrade" in service by buying a Honda. I can say with all honesty, that I didn't even feel a difference! Great staff, MUCH more reasonable prices than Lexus - obviously - and outstanding service. I just finished my first oil change and tire rotation at Continental, first service since I bought the CRV. I will make the drive from the city happily to come back here every time! Katrina was my service manager - she was extremely nice and helpful and definitely went out of her way to provide outstanding service! Thank you guys! More

I rely on the dealer to takke care of my car. I dont know much about cars but they are very good with explaining things to me in a way I can understand. Our relationship didn't start off so well, but now it's great! We had a problem with an unauthorized service performed by this dealership. I expressed my displeaseure with this and received a full refund, apology, and explanation of why they did it. Since then, my experiences with the service department have been absolutely great! They can't be friendlier or more helpful and I really appreciate that. I didn't see a link on their website for feedback, or I would send a note directly to them. They're always open to discussing the repairs and make sure you understand what you're getting in to. Parts department is very helpful, too, though it is a bit annoying to have to wait in line for parts, wait in line for the cashier, then wait in line at parts again to pick up your part since they don't allow unpaid for parts to leave the parts counter. But they're helpful enough, I'm willing to endure that small inconvenience. More
