I came in to the dealership to trade in my old car for a new one. I have always been a fan of Honda. I had an appointment with Ed, however, he was busy with some clients. He was patient enough to accommodate all of my questions and sometime provided with alternatives. By the end of the discussion, I was less confused in my choices than when I first entered the dealership. The choices put forth were very clear and I was able to make a call as soon as possible. Once finalized my decision, I worked with Ed to get my papers sorted and he was very helpful. He made the rest of the purchasing a more easier job.
