No Pressure like you get from most, Terry S. made it comfortable because I didn’t want to buy a car at all I was trying to save old Faithful Honda Accord which had 225793 or more miles on it and no car note. However GOD saw Fit not to let it be. How I ended up with Terry S. is I stop by Honda on my way going home to test drive a CRV and I went in and the reception asked how could she help me and I told her I wanted to Test drive a CRV she overhead pages for any available sales rep to come and assist. I sat for about 5 to 10 minutes and I was about to leave Terry S. Came to me and said has anyone helped you and I said no and he apologize and asked how long had I been waiting and I told him about 5 to 10 mins. Terry S. Apologized again and began helping me didn’t push me any to anything I told him I was just looking and wanted to test drive the CRV and I wasn’t looking to purchase to day and Terry S. Said that’s fine and continued to help me like I was about to walk of the lot that day with a car nothing about Terry S. Ever changed at all when it came to help the customer out in or to make a good decision on a new purchase. More Sale Rep. need to be like that. I emailed Terry questions I had and He even went so far as to say if you brother wants to call and ask me questions that is fine or come by that works as well whatever you need just let me know. As I purchased my suv Terry said if you have any questions or need my help just come by and I will help u with the car no problem at all just give me a call.
